It's hard to believe - my Charisma concept, the basis of my work and my own life, a philosophical foundation as well as a toolbox, is 30 years old this year.
This means that I myself have been an international trainer and coach for 30 years. Even in the times when I have acted as a manager at corporate level or - as in 2022 - made a foray into popular entertainment, I am one thing above all: a developer. Further developer. Deeper developer. Broader developer.
No matter where a personality wants to go, no matter where the potential lies dormant, I see it and draw it to light. When we talk about gifts of grace, this is mine.
Under one condition: that my counterpart decides to do so themselves. Of course I can make it easier, but this free decision is still a sine qua non.
To mark this wonderful anniversary, there will not only be a third, revised edition of „Charisma: The 9-week program“, adapted to the times and to me, but also finally an English translation. There will also be a podcast series and perhaps an event or two.
And if I have time, there might be another new online course. But anyone who follows me knows that, alongside my main job as a trainer and coach, I'm busy building a community that will change the clothing industry for good: walk4future® (also an EU trademark since 2025).
