Charisma begins with connection, beyond first impressions.
Your impact on others depends on more than your voice, presence or body language. It also involves inner clarity, how you listen and whether your decisions reflect what you stand for. The Personal Impact Check draws on the three dimensions of Martina Gleissenebner-Teskey’s Charisma Concept: Mind, Body and Sphere of Impact.
Can you really measure your impact on others?
A self-check primarily helps you reflect on how you see your own behaviour. Understanding how others actually perceive you requires feedback and observation in specific situations. The numbers in this profile are therefore points of reference, not scientific measurements.
Do I need to be extroverted to be charismatic?
No. Presence, attention and meaningful connection can be quiet or powerful. Charisma is not the same as being loud, popular or skilled at self-presentation.
How can I develop my personal impact?
By connecting awareness with action. The book CHARISMA – Shape your life. Change the world. offers a nine-week programme with exercises for Mind, Body and Sphere of Impact. (EN translation available beginning 2027)
