The self-efficacious person is my ideal: a person who has a vision of who they can be and consciously develops themselves accordingly. A mind and a body that are ONE.

This is how we become creators and shapers of our lives and the world we participate in.

I am an ecologist and systems thinker, not only based on my formal education but also out of deep conviction. Every individual is part of a system and is therefore, on the one hand, a necessary component of that system, and on the other hand, also has the power to shape and develop that system by „shaping“ and further developing themselves.

I use this power for myself and my own development as well as in collaboration with individuals and businesses in Coaching, Training, and Inspiration. The core of my life and work is the Charisma concept, which established my work as a trainer and coach in 1996.

Also, I use my Sound branding and marketing expertise, as well as public reach, to support suitable companies in achieving their marketing goals.
