This young woman was ๐๐๐๐๐ me - but I had the pleasure of being one of the 25 people portrayed. One of those who were supposed to take away the fear. And having never been afraid of getting older, it was of course a nice, โrealโ thing for me.
I was also able to give a few speeches, having been in the spotlight and in front of the camera as a model ever since I took part in a major German TV show.

- So it's not about the outside, but the inside.
- It's about nurturing your inner self first - the outside develops accordingly.
- Body and mind are one - but the mind is at the helm. The โspiritโ - and that is also what the environment then perceives as charismatic. A charismatic person is inspiring.
