The self-efficacious person is my ideal: a person who has a vision of who they can be and consciously develops themselves accordingly. A mind and a body that are ONE.<\/p>\n

This is how we become creators and shapers of our lives and the world we participate in.<\/p>\n

I am an ecologist and systems thinker, not only based on my formal education but also out of deep conviction. Every individual is part of a system and is therefore, on the one hand, a necessary component of that system, and on the other hand, also has the power to shape and develop that system by \u201eshaping\u201c and further developing themselves.<\/p>\n

I use this power for myself and my own development as well as in collaboration with individuals and businesses in Coaching, Training, and Inspiration<\/a>. The core of my life and work is the Charisma concept<\/strong><\/a>, which established my work as a trainer and coach in 1996.<\/p>\n
