Anyone who wants to change something must reach people, build trust, and turn an idea into a shared movement.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"about-chapter__accent\">In 1996, this led to my charisma concept: a holistic approach that connects mind, body, relationship, and impact.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<\/article>\n\n\t\t\t\t<article class=\"about-chapter\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"about-chapter__number\">Chapter 03 \u00b7 Working internationally<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3>Presence, Leadership and Brand<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>From the charisma concept, an international career spanning more than 30 years evolved. I accompanied individuals, teams, and organizations in coaching, training sessions, lectures, and strategic development processes\u2014in four languages and across five continents.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>As International Brand Director, I also gained many years of leadership and brand experience in a globally active company.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<\/article>\n\n\t\t\t\t<article class=\"about-chapter\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"about-chapter__number\">Chapter 04 \u00b7 Looking behind the effect<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3>More than just a good appearance<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>My work was never limited to a better presentation. I was always interested in what lies behind visible impact: What is people's self-image? What do they want to stand for? Lou-Anne won the season. I myself reached third place as the first over-50 finalist.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<p>This experience did not just bring me back to modeling. It also put many of my previous beliefs to a new, very public test: regarding visibility, age, beauty, performance, courage, and the freedom to reinvent oneself again and again.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<p>Since then, I have been using my public presence more consciously than ever \u2013 as a model, speaker, author, and ambassador for causes I believe in. Not just to be seen.
