This podcast episode is published one day before the annual Fashion Revolution Day, on which we commemorate the terrible accident in a textile factory in Bangladesh in 2013. This accident, which claimed the lives of many workers, brought their terrible working conditions to public attention for the first time and led to the creation of what is now a global organization whose best-known campaign is #WHOMADEMYCLOTHES. Who made my clothes?
I have the co-founder of the Austrian organization, designer Nadine Schratzberger, on the podcast with me today and we talk about fashion myths as well as the many small things that each and every one of us can do to make the fashion world more future-proof.
